1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Straga (the "Service"), you state that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Legal Notice and Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service provided "as is" and "as available"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3. Free to use

Straga is free. You can download images at no cost and without signing up, as many as you want.

4. Purpose and user responsibility

Straga was built to generate synthetic route images for personal, entertainment or educational purposes. You are solely responsible for:

• Your use of the images and GPX files generated by the Service;
• Your compliance with laws and with third-party platform terms;
• All risks associated with the use of these materials.

4.1. Use in fitness apps (GymRats, Strava, etc.)

The Service lets you export images and GPX files that can be used in apps such as GymRats, Strava and Garmin.

• We are not responsible for their use on third-party services;
• Nor for account suspensions, penalties or damages;
• Nor for compliance with other platforms’ policies.

5. No guarantee of acceptance or accuracy

Straga does not guarantee that images and files will be accepted by third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Straga shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Straga against claims arising from your use of the Service.

8. Data protection and LGPD

Straga follows the LGPD (Brazilian Law 13.709/2018). The route you draw, its coordinates and the generated image are not stored on our servers — everything is processed in your browser. The background map is rendered by Mapbox, which receives the coordinates only to draw the image. There is no sign-up and no login, so we do not collect your name, email or any data that identifies you. We record only aggregate usage metrics.

9. No endorsement or affiliation

Straga is not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava, Garmin, Nike or any other platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the most recent version.
